Y Beudy (‘the cowshed’) is a riverside barn conversion nestled in the beautiful Pennant valley in the Berwyns. Located just outside Snowdonia National Park it’s the perfect base for a relaxing retreat or North Wales adventure for couples, families or friends. Enjoy simply being surrounded by nature in the garden or explore walks & cycle trails from the doorstep.

Y Beudy has been rated as 4* by Visit Wales. It was lovingly converted by the previous owners and was previously known as Rhyd Gethin Barn or Rhyd Gethin Holiday Cottage. We decided to give the barn its own Welsh name in 2022 to provide a stronger link to the local culture and the heritage of the property. Most of the property was redecorated in 2023 to provide a fresh, comfortable, and attractive space for guests to enjoy.
